DAR was commissioned by FRV to provide a range of consultancy services to perform feasibility studies for a proposed 50-100 MW solar power plan in Tabuk in north-west Saudi Arabia.

As part of the services provided, DAR determined where the most suitable location is for the site as well as the necessary voltage level for integration of the plan, providing a bill of quantities for construction a new interconnection substation.
