Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) is a global leader in solar development with a portfolio of 3.8GW across emerging solar markets representing more than USD2.1 billion in total financing with a large number of local and international banks. DAR was commissioned by FRV to provide a range of consultancy services to perform feasibility studies for a proposed 50-100 MW solar power plan in Tabuk in north-west Saudi Arabia.

Dar Services Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation, Government approvals, Studies: Load flow & Contingency analysis.
As part of the services provided, DAR determined where the most suitable location is for the site as well as the necessary voltage level for integration of the plan, providing a bill of quantities for construction a new interconnection substation.
