As part of the ongoing growth of their own 700,000sqm industrial 'city' complex located in Riyadh's Third Industrial Zone, DAR was commissioned to deliver a range of design, project management and construction services to support the creation of a new 34,600sqm manufacturing facility.
The development is broken up into two main components - a factory and administration building. The 30,632sqm factory includes production and assembly areas, utility building and material stores.
