Alfanar Employee Campus
Alfanar approached DAR to manage the design and construction of a residential campus for 3,350 of their employees working at Alfanar Industrial City in Riyadh. The 60,000sqm campus consists of a central leisure unit that features F&B facilities, banks, library, gym, supermarket, clinic, multipurpose hall, sports & green areas and administration facilities.
