Bayat Plaza Twin Tower Mixed-Use Development
Located off the intersection of Madinah Road and King Abdullah Road in Jeddah, the ‘Bayat Plaza’ project was the first real estate development of its kind for the Sabban Group in Saudi Arabia and consists of two 25-storey neighboring towers. The 122m towers have a built-up area of 48,800sqm are serviced by over 1,600sqm retail space spanning across two lower levels. This includes a mini market, stylish cafés and food outlets, designer boutiques and a state-of-the-art gymnasium. DAR was commissioned to provide complete MEP and structural design services from concept design to the issue for construction (IFC) package.
