As part of its efforts to expand the provision of education service to students and the city of Dammam, the University of Dammam appointed DAR to provide a range of project management and construction supervision services to establish a new 879,631sqm Girls College on its campus.

DAR's scope of service was to ensure complete quality control of program of works, provide compliance via review of architectural drawings, cost and material controls, as well as full supervision of the execution of works over a 30-month construction period.
