MASAR Project, Package “B”
Located at the Western threshold of Al-Haram Mosque, the MASAR Project is a large-scale masterplan that will enhance both the visitor’s urban experience and pilgrim’s movement from mass transit nodes towards the holy site in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The project covers an area of approximately 1.2 million sqm and the site of the it has been divided into plots of varying sizes.

DAR was commissioned to provide a range of design and management services to deliver Package B of the project which totals 122,682sqm and includes two Hilton Garden Inn brand hotel towers.
DAR has undertaken a detailed design review and provided cost, construction, quality, safety and change management services in support of the project.
