The Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) Complex in Lahore is being established to carry out forensic examination and testing of fertilizers, pesticides, food, and drugs. It will consist of three biosafety along with training facilities for young scientists and be one of the first complexes of its kind in Pakistan.

The PAFDA Complex project consists of a sample building, a 9-storey main building and an energy center with a total area of 314,733 square feet. It features a state-of-the-art auditorium with a seating capacity for 500 people which will be used for conferences and training. All three laboratories will be equipped with the latest lab apparatus and equipment that is being used in the world. 

DAR was commissioned as the lead design and resident construction supervision on the project, acting as the primary technical advisor to the client. We have provided a range of design and engineering services, as well as HS&E consultancy, to ensure effective delivery of the project from start to completion.
