Located close to the holy Great Saman Temple in Ratnapura, the complex sits in a lush jungle landscape with its designs taking notes from the vernacular architecture of the region.

DAR was commissioned by the Ministry of Education in Sri Lanka to design and manage the construction of the campus which consists of a range of facilities including a medical education building, library, canteen, student & staff accommodation and pre-clinical facilities. Our scope of services included providing tendering advisory and support, concept and detailed architectural design and construction supervision on the project through all stages of its development.
