Project Management for Construction of Schools in Jordan
The main objective of the proposed consultancy services was to provide assistance to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing to successfully manage and implement the Project in all its aspects. Ministry of Public Works and Housing aims at constructing various school buildings throughout Jordan.

DAR is responsible for preparation of PMO and design review procedures, monitoring, evaluating and controlling all Project activities and the performance of both the design and supervision consultants, as well as the construction contractors. The project will be headed by Director (PMT) who will be assisted by various engineers better familiarize with management of projects.
