As part of the organization's continued growth plans and ambition to extend its services to support increasing amounts of patients, SMC commissioned DAR to develop the design of its third 300-bed hospital on Riyadh's Northern Ring Road.
DAR's scope of service was complete design of the 70,900sqm facility, providing concepts for its detailed architectural, interior and landscape design, as well as structural, MEP engineering services.
